  2. REBROADCASTING AGREEMENT 
  3.  
  4. MR. BIGTIME NETWORK STATION OWNER, owner of station ASDF, referred
  5. to herein as ORIGINATOR, and MR. LOCAL RADIOSTATION OWNER, owner
  6. of station QWER, referred to as RE-BROADCASTER, agree: 
  7.  
  8. ORIGNINATOR produces and broadcasts over station ASDF, a program 
  9. entitled: 
  10.  
  11. THE REALLY CONTROVERSIAL CALL-IN TALK SHOW 
  12.  
  13. which is broadcast as follows: 
  14.  
  15. WEEKNIGHTS, 10 PM TO 2 AM EASTERN TIME. 
  16.  
  17. ORIGINATOR herewith grants the exclusive right to rebroadcast the 
  18. program to RE-BROADCASTER. 
  19.  
  20. REBROADCASTER shall be required to carry the program as provided
  21. by ORIGINATOR, in full, without addition or deletion, except that
  22. commercial continuity and public service announcements may be
  23. deleted and replaced. Reasonable station identification or "liner"
  24. identification may be added by REBROADCASTER.

  27. The rebroadcast of the program shall be simultaneous. 
  28.

  30. Copyright of the program shall remain in the ORIGINATOR.
  31. ORIGINATOR warrants to REBROADCASTER that  it has the legal right
  32. to authorize the rebroadcast 
  33.  
  34. In the event that ORIGINATOR does not provide a program, then
  35. REBROADCASTER shall: 
  36.  
  37. a) first, substitute any unused backup program provided by
  38. ORIGINATOR (although this clause shall not be construed to require
  39. that the ORIGINATOR provide backup programs); 
  40.  
  41. b) second, substitute any unused future program which is not
  42. restricted from early broadcast (although this clause shall not be
  43. construed to require that the ORIGINATOR provide programs in
  44. advance); 
  45.  
  46. c) third, substitute other programs.
